MEET ERIC
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Eric Neff brings deep expertise across the full project lifecycle—from early preconstruction planning to project closeout. He has successfully managed projects ranging from $50,000 to over $20 million, collaborating closely with developers and architects on estimating, constructability reviews, and contracting. Eric has held multiple executive leadership roles, including Director of Preconstruction and Project Executive, where he oversaw teams, coordinated complex workflows, and ensured successful project delivery across a diverse portfolio.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys a busy home life with his wife, Becky, and their three children. Whether he’s attending piano recitals, baseball games, or gymnastics meets, Eric stays actively involved in his kids’ lives. In his free time, you’ll find him outdoors, working on projects around the house, or tinkering with his truck.
